2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be granted under the following circumstances:

In the rare event that we discontinue the Premium Discount Card UAE service entirely before the expiration of your Card, you may be eligible for a prorated refund based on the remaining validity period of your Card.

All refunds for unused Cards are subject to an administration fee of AED 50 or 10% of the purchase price, whichever is greater. This fee covers the costs associated with processing the refund and, if applicable, cancelling and returning the physical Card.
